Every success story begins with perseverance and Austin’s journey is no exception.

Referred by Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS) in Jackson, he worked closely with his Employment Specialist to build his résumé, prepare for interviews, and explore job opportunities.

His dedication paid off—Austin secured year-round employment as a Cashier at Kelly Express Mart, where he consistently works 31–39 hours per week and is recognized for his reliability and positive attitude.

Austin has faced more than his share of challenges, yet his determination and optimism continue to shine.

A Concord High School honors graduate, he’s now training to compete in powerlifting at the 2026 Special Olympics and has been invited to the prestigious IFBB Arnold Schwarzenegger Sports Festival—an incredible accomplishment.

Austin’s story is a reminder that success takes many forms. For him, it begins each day at Kelly Express Mart, where meaningful work fuels confidence, purpose, and community inclusion.

The result of hard work and unwavering optimism.

Austin turned challenges into achievements—building a meaningful career, pursuing

athletic dreams, and inspiring everyone around him.
