Residential Services

Our residential program is focused on helping individuals achieve the greatest level of independence possible. We provide services to individuals with neurological, developmental and mental health conditions.

Our program offers a range living options from beautiful home-like settings to supported apartments where residents work on developing the skills for greater independence with support of our caring staff.

Every person has a unique set of goals and abilities. Our services are designed to be highly individualized but always focused on helping each person reach their greatest social, emotional and functional potential.

Programming emphasizes:
• Individualized service planning based on personal goals
• Addressing physical health and care needs
• Independent living skills training
• Safe, stable living accommodations
• Social opportunities and social skills training
• Community integration

“Don’t let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it. The time will pass anyway; we might as well put that passing time to the best possible use.”

– Earl Nightingale

The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) is an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services.  You face a variety of option when deciding what rehabilitation services to use and who should provide them. Accreditation is only given to the highest quality service providers who commit to continuous improvement and who focus on the unique needs of each person they serve. Accreditation is a sign of quality and should be an important consideration in your decision making.
