Kitting

WSC Production Services provide a complete kit of materials that are required for assembly or installation. We can develop special packaging and have experience creating multi-packs, promotional kits and crating and shipping large components both locally and internationally. We have systems in place for inventory management of packaging supplies, finished goods, production execution, including labor and process/cost improvements. Our Cross Functional Team maps efficient kitting processes and builds quality checks to ensure their accuracy.
