Work hours are 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm for weekdays and 8am-2pm on Saturdays.

Job Description:


As a Customer Call Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products or services.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.

  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products or services.

  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

  • Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system.

  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer issues.

  • Meet performance targets for call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

  • Assist with additional tasks or projects as needed.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations with composure.

  • Proficient in using customer service software and computer systems.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

  • Flexibility to work a 4 day work week and Saturdays.
