Job responsibilities:

Managing the office to include customer service and answering phones, data entry, filing and updating information to include creating spreadsheets, etc.
Documenting information into Excel spread sheets
Enrolling new Clients
Following up with customers to ensure accurate information, compliance and customer satisfaction.
Opportunity to have support to obtain licensing to quote new business. Excellent compensation plan!!

Strong Microsoft Office skills
High School Diploma
1 to 3 years of office assistance experience
experience in Insurance industry preferred but not required.
Interest in obtaining insurance licensing preferred but not required.
