Work Skills Corporation (WSC), is currently hiring a Recruiter. The WSC Recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruiting for a variety of full and part time positions. This person will manage recruitment efforts by ensuring all necessary sourcing techniques are utilized and that viable candidates are identified timely. Additionally, the WSC Recruiter will work closely with the Human Resources Manager and performs a variety of HR related duties such as: onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration and performance management. Successful candidates will have recruitment and HR experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
