Action Home Healthcare (AHHC) of Brighton is seeking to hire a Home Health Care Coordinator. This position schedules and coordinates shift coverage for our caregivers and clients. Additionally, this person will be in an on-call rotation to support staff needs and shift coverage as required. Shift flexibility and availability is required. Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal in an effective, pleasant manner with staff, clients, and customers. CNA and human service degrees welcomed but not required. Must have a valid driver’s license, as this person will be transporting clients to appointments. Background check and drug screen required.
